Kevin,

This is all great info. I just purchased a used version of the Probodx book on Amazon.com. I'm really hoping that this works. I'm a former college athlete and have been working out seriously since I was 14. Right now I feel like my current weight lifting routine is breaking me down. My current manager actually got to work out with M. Marinovich in his gym. She said it was hands down the best workout she's ever had. I hope this works.

Scott,

As one of Edythe's instructors I congratulate you on your progress and would like to amplify your positive remarks about the Heus Approach and its effectiveness. It is a truly remarkable system that elicits results never seen in traditional programs. Although when combined with them, the results are amazing. I have people setting records and performing better than they ever have before...from professional athletes to weekend warriors.

Kevin,

Thanks for the update. I think I will finally be trying this out myself soon. I may need a local personal lesson or two though.
